TQC facilitates its own
Consumer/Advisory Committee. We encourage all of our individuals/Legal
Authorized Representatives, family members and community representatives to
attend. We have two different meetings quarterly, one in the day and one
in the evening. This is to accommodate work schedules for those that
volunteer on the committee. The purpose of this committee is to assist
the provider with addressing the satisfaction of the individuals, addressing
any complaints, reviewing all allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
alleged and making recommendations to TQC for the improvement of program
operations.
